Welcome to Epic Fail: The RPG, where it's all about who fails first and worst. It starts with the simplest dice mechanic ever; if you roll a 1, you fail. Otherwise you're fine. Roll what? There's the first rub. Different characters in different situations roll different-size dice. Everyone's got dice they'd rather not have to roll, and dice they're happy to chance. But even that D20 has a 1 on it. And there are ways to make dice better or worse. The rest is up to you...and your FLGM. Enjoy.

This is a compelling idea for a system that starts with no dice, but could escalate to handfuls of dice in a way that really emphasizes the virtue of dice in RPGS - the thrill of gambling. I'm going to try to get the group to play this on the All Ages RPG podcast.
Great! I have to confess that I love multihedral (that is, many different plyhedral) dice in RPGs, as if it weren't obvious.
